Guideline for Preparing Manuscript

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of the Ceddi Journal of Education must be:

  1. Written in English.
  2. Original research articles should contain between 2,000 and 5,000 words, excluding references, tables, and figures.
  3. The article must include an abstract in English (150-200 words) and be followed by the keywords (3-5 words).
  4. We suggest using Mendeley for reference management and formatting. The citation must be in the form of in-text, and the bibliography is based on APA 7th Edition (American Psychological Association)
  5. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Ceddi Journal of Education paper template.
B. Structure of the Manuscript

The manuscript should be uploaded to the journal system and must consist of the title, authors, address and email, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusions and suggestions, acknowledgment (if any), funding statement (if any), Reference:

  1. Title. The title of the paper should be concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations and formulas where possible. It should be written clearly and concisely describing the contents and results of the research.

  2. Authors. The manuscript has the main author and co-authors with the full name of the author and co-authors (no abbreviation), includes the affiliations, and has only one email for correspondence.

  3. Abstract. The abstract should give readers concise information about the content of the article and indicate the main results obtained and conclusions drawn. The abstract has 150 to 200 WORDSNo citation; state in the abstract a primary objective, methodology, results, and conclusions.

  4. Keywords. Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 5 (five) keywords (phrases), using the English language, and avoid general and plural terms and multiple concepts (avoid, for example, 'and' and 'of'). Take good care with abbreviations: only abbreviations firmly established in the field may be eligible. These keywords will be used for indexing purposes. Keywords should be in alphabetical order.

  5. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction—Methods—Results and Discussion—Conclusion—Acknowledgment—Acknowledgment (if any) - Funding Statement (if any) - Reference.

  6. References. References contain sources of references with at least 80% of the literature published in the last 5 years and a minimum of 80% from primary literature sources or accredited national journals and/or reputable international journals.

  7. The manuscript should be checked and edited by an English Language Editor (proofreader).

Accepted papers get duly edited and typeset in the style of our journal by the publisher, and the galley proofs are sent to the submitting authors.
- The average time during which the preliminary assessment of manuscripts is conducted is 3 days
- The average time during which the reviews of manuscripts are conducted is 30 days
- The average time in which the article is published (after receiving final galley proof and other formalities) 15 Days
