Archiving Policy

Digital Preservation and Archiving

Ceddi Journal of Education (CJE) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published scholarly content.

The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS for long-term digital preservation of its published content.

These preservation arrangements support the safeguarding and recovery of published content if the journal's primary publishing platform becomes unavailable. Access to preserved copies is governed by the conditions and applicable release procedures of each preservation service.

Author Self-Archiving and Repository Policy

Authors are permitted to deposit the following versions of their articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or other repositories of their choice:

• Preprint (Submitted Version): The manuscript version submitted before peer review.
• Author's Accepted Manuscript (AAM): The version accepted after peer review, before the journal's copyediting and typesetting.
• Published Article (Version of Record): The final version published by the journal.

These versions may be deposited without an embargo period. Once the article has been published, authors should acknowledge the original publication in Ceddi Journal of Education (CJE) and include the article DOI or a link to its official journal webpage.

Deposited copies of the Published Article must retain the copyright and licensing information and be shared in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. Repository deposits must respect applicable restrictions on third-party material and confidential information.
