Introduction

All readers and authors of the Ceddi Journal of Education can enjoy the benefits of free open access. We believe that free open access promotes accessibility and use throughout the world, serving the professional and scientific community, as well as the wider community. Because there are no fees charged for access, the Ceddi Journal of Education offsets the cost of publication (including the costs of peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving) by charging article processing charges (APC) to authors, institutions, or funders for each published article.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 40 is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and received final acceptance for publication. The APC supports editorial management, production, online hosting, indexing, and long-term digital preservation and does not influence the editorial decision or peer-review process. The corresponding author is responsible for arranging payment in accordance with the journal’s official payment procedures.

Waiver of APC

The Ceddi Journal of Education (CJE) is committed to supporting open access dissemination of knowledge and ensuring that publication opportunities are accessible to authors from all regions without financial barriers.
As part of this commitment to global academic collaboration, the journal adopts the following Publication Fee Policy:

• Corresponding authors from low-income countries, as classified by the World Bank, are eligible for a 100% waiver of publication fees (Free APC).
• Authors with an h-index of 15 or higher, according to Scopus or Web of Science, are also granted a full waiver of publication fees (Free APC).
• Publication is entirely free of charge (Free APC) for authors outside Indonesia (foreign authors) as part of the Ceddi Journal of Education (CJE) initiative to promote equitable access to international scholarly publishing.
