Research may address early childhood, primary, secondary, vocational, higher, and non-formal education, including community-based learning and public education.

Studies involving technology or information systems, including academic administration, school libraries, admissions, and scholarships, must address a clearly defined educational problem and evaluate their contribution to learning, assessment, student or teacher development, educational management, or service delivery. Evidence may include pedagogical validation, evaluation involving intended users, learning outcomes, or educational service measures. Technical functionality or algorithm performance alone is insufficient without substantive evaluation of educational relevance or benefits.

Submitted manuscripts must be written in English, must not have been previously published, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
