About the Journal

Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) publishes original research articles, review papers, and case studies in information systems, information technology, informatics engineering, and computer science. Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) operates a double-blind peer-review with at least two independent reviewers per manuscript and maintains fair, transparent editorial oversight. Submitted papers must be written in English and must not be under consideration elsewhere.

Open Access & Licence

All content is published Open Access under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA) licence. All content is freely available to users and institutions. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text without prior permission, provided proper attribution to the original publication is given.

Peer Review & Editorial Process

Every submission undergoes initial editorial checks (scope, completeness, ethics, and similarity screening). Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) operates a double-blind peer review with a minimum of two (≥2) independent reviewers for each manuscript; editors may invite additional reviewers when needed. Editorial decisions (Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject) follow reviewers’ reports and policies aligned with COPE Core Practices.

Plagiarism & Research Integrity

Manuscripts are screened using plagiarism-detection tools (e.g., Turnitin/iThenticate). Unattributed overlap, duplicate submission/publication, or citation manipulation may lead to rejection or post-publication actions (Corrections, Retractions, or Withdrawals) in line with our ethics policy.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

USD 40 (charged upon acceptance). Waivers/discounts are available for eligible authors as described in the Author Fees policy. APCs do not influence editorial decisions.

Archiving & Preservation

Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PN), LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving network among participating libraries, enabling permanent preservation and restoration of the journal’s published content.

Publication Frequency

Two issues per year: April and December.
