Introduction
The Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) provides immediate and free open access to all published content, in line with its mission to disseminate knowledge globally without restrictions. To sustain the costs of high-quality publishing, including peer review management, editorial work, production, online hosting, indexing, and digital preservation, Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only for manuscripts that have successfully passed peer review and been accepted for publication. This ensures that knowledge remains freely accessible for readers worldwide while maintaining the quality and sustainability of the journal.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
The Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) does not charge any submission fee. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 40 is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and received final acceptance for publication. The APC supports editorial management, production, online hosting, indexing, and long-term digital preservation and does not influence the editorial decision or peer-review process. The corresponding author is responsible for arranging payment in accordance with the journal’s official payment procedures.

Refund Policy
The Article Processing Charge is non-refundable once the article has been published, except in cases of duplicate payment or a technical error attributable to the publisher.
Waiver of APC
To promote equitable global participation in scholarly publishing, Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) provides APC waivers under these conditions:
- 100% waiver for corresponding authors from low-income countries as defined by the World Bank .
- 100% waiver for authors with a Scopus or Web of Science h-index ≥ 15.
Requests for waivers must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission.

Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) adheres to the standards outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) , including the principle that editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, relevance, and originality. This ensures transparency, accountability, and adherence to the highest ethical standards in scholarly publishing.

All articles in Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA). This license allows others to remix, adapt, and build upon the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given and any derivative works are distributed under the same license. Authors retain copyright while granting Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) the right of first publication.
Plagiarism Screening Policy
All submitted manuscripts are checked for originality using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts containing plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will be rejected automatically. This policy ensures the integrity of the scholarly record.

The journal is managed by the Yayasan Cendekiawan Inovasi Digital Indonesia (CEDDI), which guarantees operational transparency, financial accountability, and sustainable development of Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST).
