Gen AI Policy

Authors may use Generative AI (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools) to improve language, develop initial ideas, or help explain technical concepts, as long as all results are manually checked and verified. GenAI may not be used to generate research data, experimental results, simulations, system evaluations, or program code that constitutes the main findings of the research. The entire content of the article, including data, algorithms, references, and analysis, is the sole responsibility of the authors and must be scientifically sound.

GenAI cannot be listed as an author. If used, authors must transparently declare its use in the Acknowledgments or Methods sections. Editors and reviewers are also prohibited from uploading manuscripts to the public GenAI platform to maintain the confidentiality of peer review. Violations of this policy, such as using GenAI to generate false data or analyses, may result in rejection or retraction of the article. This policy is established to maintain the integrity and quality of publications in the field of information systems and technology.
