Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles, review papers, and case studies in information systems, information technology, informatics engineering, and computer science. We maintain fair and transparent editorial oversight to provide authors with a reliable venue and readers with trustworthy, citable scholarship. Our editors and reviewers uphold rigorous publication ethics and research integrity standards across all submissions, with a focus on current, internationally relevant topics in information systems, information technology, informatics engineering, and computer science. Submitted papers must be written in English (and should not be under consideration elsewhere).

This is an Open-Access journal. All content is freely available to users and institutions. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text without prior permission, provided proper attribution to the original publication is given. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA) licence, and authors retain copyright.

Peer review at Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) is double-blind and involves a minimum of two independent reviewers for each manuscript. Submissions undergo initial editorial checks (scope, completeness, ethics, similarity screening with tools such as Turnitin/iThenticate), followed by external review. Editorial decisions (accept / minor revision / major revision / reject) are based on reviewers’ reports and the journal’s ethics policy aligned with COPE Core Practices.

Article Processing Charge (APC): USD 40 (charged upon acceptance). Waivers or discounts may be available for eligible authors as described in the Author Fees policy. Long-term preservation is ensured through PKP PN (LOCKSS). Each article receives a Crossref DOI (prefix 10.56134), and the journal’s metadata is openly available via OAI-PMH for harvesting and discovery.
