C. Article Types Accepted

Ceddi Journal of Information System and Technology (JST) publishes original research articles in information systems, information technology, informatics engineering, computer science, and related areas within the journal's stated Focus and Scope. All submissions must fall within the journal's stated Focus and Scope.

D. Review and Publication Process

Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent external reviewers with relevant expertise who are not part of the journal's editorial team and have no conflicts of interest related to the manuscript. Editorial decisions may include Reject, Major Revision, Minor Revision, or Accept.

All research articles are subject to independent external peer review. The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection based on the reviewers' reports, the handling editor's evaluation, the authors' responses to revisions, and compliance with the journal's editorial and ethical policies. Where the Editor-in-Chief has a conflict of interest, the final decision is delegated to an appropriate editor who has no conflict of interest with the manuscript or its authors.

Further information regarding editorial evaluation and peer review is provided in the journal's Peer Review Process.

The journal aims to complete the initial peer-review process within approximately 30 days. Based on the journal's recent publication records, the average time from manuscript submission to online publication is approximately 23 weeks. The actual processing time may vary depending on reviewer availability, manuscript complexity, the extent of revisions required, authors' response time, and the editorial and production workflow.
