Additional Information
All readers and authors of the Jurnal Abdimas Cendekiawan Indonesia (JACI) benefit from free open access. Free open access promotes global accessibility and use, serving the professional and scientific community as well as the wider public. Because there are no fees for access, JACI offsets publication costs (peer-review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving) by charging Article Processing Charges (APC) to authors, institutions, or funders for each accepted article.
APC covers the costs of peer-review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving. The APC applies to the current calendar year and may be adjusted at the publisher’s discretion. The submitting author is responsible for arranging payment if the article is accepted. This responsibility may not be delegated to third parties without the publisher’s consent. Note: APC is invoiced only after the manuscript is Accepted and does not influence the peer-review process.
For Articles Accepted After May 2025:
We recommend authors assess their ability to obtain APC funding before submission.
No submission charges are applied.
Authors affiliated with institutions in low-income countries may request a full APC waiver (USD 0). For reference, see the World Bank country and lending group classification: World Bank Country and Lending Groups.
The management of this journal is monitored and regularly audited by Yayasan Cendekiawan Inovasi Digital Indonesia (CEDDI) as part of our quality assurance in scholarly publishing.
