About the Journal

Ceddi Journal of Management and Business Adaptation (CJMBA) is an international, peer-reviewed, immediate open-access journal that publishes original and high-quality research in management and business. The journal advances theoretical, empirical, and methodological knowledge addressing contemporary management and business issues, with particular attention to organizational and business adaptation in dynamic environments.

The journal provides an international scholarly platform for research in strategic management, human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, marketing and consumer behavior, entrepreneurship, digital business and transformation, innovation and technology management, business analytics, operations and supply chain management, international business, sustainable business, and organizational adaptation and resilience. CJMBA aims to disseminate relevant and rigorous research that contributes to the advancement of management and business knowledge and practice.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by at least two independent reviewers to ensure academic quality, objectivity, and integrity. The journal is committed to responsible scholarly publishing and follows internationally recognized publication ethics and COPE Core Practices.
