Journal Overview

Healviora: Journal of Health Sciences is an international, peer-reviewed, immediate open-access journal advancing knowledge and practice in health and healthcare. Its scope encompasses clinical research, nursing, midwifery and allied health, public health, pharmacy, nutrition, mental health, environmental and occupational health, healthcare systems, and digital health.

The journal welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, and state-of-the-art reviews addressing clearly defined health-related problems. Submissions must demonstrate methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and a clear scholarly contribution. Technology-focused studies must include meaningful evaluation in a health or healthcare context.

Articles are freely accessible immediately upon publication without subscription or embargo under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Authors retain copyright to their work.

Submissions undergo editorial screening and similarity checks. Each manuscript proceeding to double-blind peer review is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Similarity reports inform, but do not solely determine, editorial decisions. Publication ethics policies are guided by the COPE Core Practices and relevant guidance for health sciences research and publishing.
