Article Processing Charges (APC)

Journal of Digital Learning Innovation is an immediate open-access journal. All published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription or access fees. The journal aims to support the global dissemination of scholarly research and ensure unrestricted access to knowledge.

To sustain this open-access publishing model and support editorial management, peer-review administration, manuscript production, DOI registration, online hosting, and long-term digital preservation, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 100,000.

The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication following the peer review process. The journal does not charge any article submission fee and does not offer paid fast-track or priority review services. Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, which are based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Waiver

Authors affiliated with institutions located in low-income countries may request a full waiver of the APC. Eligibility for the waiver is determined based on the World Bank Country and Lending Groups classification. Waiver requests are evaluated independently by the editorial office and do not influence the editorial decision-making process.
